1. Who we are

4680 is provided by Primed Mind Technology Solutions Limited, registered at Apartment 67, Westend Village, Dublin 15, D15 YF65, Ireland, company number 737502. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@primedmindtech.com.

2. Information stored by the app

Depending on how you use 4680, the app can store your birth date, selected life horizon, weekly reflections, intentions, meaningful-week markers, moments, chapters, milestones, reminder preference, and photos you choose.

This information is stored locally in the app’s private storage on your iPhone. Primed Mind does not operate an account system or personal-data server for 4680 and cannot read or recover this content.

3. Photos and reminders

When you choose a photo, Apple’s system photo picker lets you provide only the item you select. Reminder notifications are scheduled on your device after you grant permission. We do not receive your photo library or notification data.

4. Membership purchases

Membership purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. 4680 receives the product and entitlement information needed to determine whether your membership is active. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple processes purchase information under its own privacy policy.

5. Backups and exports

When you create an encrypted backup, 4680 generates the backup and a separate recovery key on your device. You decide where to save or share them. Primed Mind does not receive a copy and cannot restore a lost recovery key.

A life-grid image export is a normal image file and is not encrypted. Anything you do with an exported file is controlled by you and the service or person you choose to share it with.

6. Analytics, tracking, and advertising

4680 does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics. We do not sell personal information.

7. Support and website information

If you email us, we process the contact details and message you provide so we can respond and maintain an appropriate support record. Our website host may process limited technical connection information, such as IP address and request logs, to deliver and secure these pages. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on the 4680 pages.

8. Deleting your information

You can remove individual content inside 4680. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data from that iPhone, subject to Apple’s device backup behaviour. Backup files or images you exported remain wherever you saved them until you delete them there.

For support emails or other information held directly by Primed Mind, you may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Applicable legal obligations may require us to retain limited records.

9. Children

4680 is not directed specifically at children, does not knowingly collect children’s personal information, and does not provide social or public-sharing features.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected here and, when appropriate, communicated in the app.
