Terms of Use

1. Provider and agreement

4680 is provided by Primed Mind Technology Solutions Limited, registered at Apartment 67, Westend Village, Dublin 15, D15 YF65, Ireland, company number 737502. By downloading or using 4680, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement Apple’s agreement; Apple’s agreement controls where the two conflict.

2. What 4680 provides

4680 provides a configurable visualization of life in weeks and tools for private reflections, intentions, moments, chapters, milestones, photos, reminders, backups, and exports. Any life horizon shown is a visual preference, not a forecast or estimate of lifespan.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in 4680. You grant us no licence to use that content because the app does not transmit it to us. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store or export any content you add.

4. Annual membership

4680 may offer an automatically renewing annual membership with an introductory free trial for eligible customers. The purchase screen shows the trial duration, subscription period, benefits, and exact local price before you confirm.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless cancelled, membership renews automatically at the price and interval shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store subscription settings. Trial eligibility, billing, refunds, price changes, and renewal are administered by Apple under its terms.

If membership ends, content already saved in 4680 remains readable. An active membership is required to add, edit, or remove reflections, photos, chapters, and milestones, and to create visual exports. Data is not deleted because a membership expires.

5. Backups and recovery keys

Encrypted backups are protected using a recovery key generated on your device. We cannot access your backup, recreate a lost key, or recover content that is deleted without a usable backup. Keep the backup and recovery key secure and, ideally, in separate trusted locations.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse 4680, attempt to bypass purchase controls, interfere with the app or App Store, use the app unlawfully, or infringe another person’s rights.

7. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to preserve access to locally stored content, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Keep an encrypted backup if the content is important to you.

8. No professional advice

4680 is for personal reflection. It does not provide medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Seek a qualified professional when you need such advice or urgent support.

9. Responsibility and consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primed Mind is not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by failure to keep a backup or recovery key, or services controlled by Apple or another third party. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Irish law, without limiting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. Questions can be sent to info@primedmindtech.com.
