Restore a membership
Open You → 4680 membership and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that originally purchased the membership.

4680 is designed to be simple and private. Most answers are below; if you still need help, email Primed Mind.
Email 4680 supportManage or cancel
Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, then select 4680. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Your membership ended
Everything already saved remains readable. Renew to add, edit, remove, attach photos, or create new life-grid image exports.
Create an encrypted backup
Open You → Encrypted backup. Save the backup file and its recovery key in separate secure places. Both are needed to restore.
Lost recovery key
Primed Mind never receives your recovery key and cannot recreate it. You can make a new backup with a new key while you still have access to the app’s local data.
Delete your data
Delete individual entries within 4680. Deleting the app removes its local data from that iPhone, but exported backups and images must be deleted wherever you saved them.
Photos or reminders are unavailable
Check Settings → Apps → 4680 and review the Photos and Notifications permissions. 4680 only uses the photo you select and schedules reminders on your device.
Report a problem
Email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, what you expected, and what happened. Please do not include private reflections, photos, recovery keys, or backup files.
